My working career started out in Insolvency and Corporate Recovery. I was no stranger to the stresses and strains of combining a young family with work and I was always feeling a little run down and regularly picking up colds. I was introduced to foot reflexology and could not believe the positive effect it had on my wellbeing, vitality and immune system. So much so that in 2015 I decided to train in Reflexology at Oldham College. 

Following this I went on to qualify in Advanced Facial Reflexology and The Zone Face Lift. I have the accolade of having trained under the renowned Ziggie Bergman and Principal Louise Keet for Spinal Reflexology at The London School of Reflexology. I also trained in London with Sally Earlam for Hot Stone Reflexology. Since qualifying I have gone on to perfect the Zone Facelift treatment and I have built up a loyal customer base who regularly visit me.

I am both experienced and passionate about Reflexology and dedicated to helping my clients. I feel honoured and incredibly lucky to offer these wonderful rewarding and relaxing holistic treatments to my clients.

I love what I do and whilst Reflexology is not a cure for symptoms of clinical illness, it definitely supports and stimulates the self healing powers of the body. I help people who have experienced injury, illness or stress related conditions and who are looking to improve their overall health and wellbeing.   

I am pleased to say that we are living in a time when self-healing and self responsibility for health are becoming more and more acceptable, attractive and popular. It is now increasingly common to use holistic therapies alongside orthodox medical care to create complete treatments for numerous conditions. The powers of Reflexology are immense.
